  • About College and Career Competency Coaching System (CCC ™)

    This coaching program entails an evaluation of the participant’s writing skills, coupled with suggested corrections, and enhances personalizing of their storytelling. In addition, the participants will be coached on how to improve their personal and professional skillsets for future academic and life endeavors. The process involves:

    1. Initial submission of written response to specific prompts/questions

    2. Individualized guided strategies to complete the task

    3. Self-selected three micro courses

    The micro courses assignments are to assist the participant to a) improve their writing capacity, and b) expand their personal and professional mindsets using techniques such as self-reflection and avoiding distractions. By completing the college and career-competent coaching program, participants will heighten their personal and professional development skills.
